Deep Drilling Machine ERMAFA AUERBACH

Auerbach GmbH is a manufacturer of deep drilling and milling machines that is part of the Ermafa Group, with more than 75 years of experience in manufacturing large-scale machine tools. German technical thought and precision have perfected deep drilling technology up to a diameter of 65 mm and a drilling depth of 2,200 mm.

The AX TLF series are machines that combine deep drilling and five-axis milling technology. There are 7 base machines, which serve as a platform for configuring the appropriate solution. The machines are offered with heads for heavy machining and high-speed finishing.

New solutions are offered:

• ELB deep drilling (drilling method using barrel drills) and BTA /STS (deep hole drilling with a single-tube system)
• Special equipment for deep drilling in
  difficult-to-machine materials
