Expert in training and implementation<\/strong> – he has been with TBI Technology since 2010. He began his career in technology in 1987 at the RAFAKO Racibor Boiler Factory, where he earned the title of Technician. It was there that he first encountered CNC milling machines. He has special knowledge of mechanical engineering and operation and machining.<\/p>\n

He has educated hundreds of operators in CNC machine and process operation, as well as maintenance and service personnel<\/strong>. He conducts training on milling machines, lathes, boring machines equipped with Heidenhain<\/strong> iTNC530, Heidenhain TNC620, Heidenhain TNC640, Sinumerik 828, Sinumerik<\/strong> 840, FANUC<\/strong> Oi series, 16i, 18i, 21i, 30i and FAGOR<\/strong> controls. He also teaches courses in interactive programming using Manual Guide, ShopTurn, ShopMill. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By profession, he is a machining technologist and CNC machine programmer<\/strong>. His professional interests include programming CNC machines using CAD\/CAM<\/strong> software, creating and implementing post-processors, and developing parametric programs for CNC machine tools.<\/p>\n

His professional work also includes training in the operation and programming of CNC machine tools with Heidenhain<\/strong> iTNC530, Heidenhain TNC620, Heidenhain TNC640, Sinumerik<\/strong> 828, Sinumerik 840 controls. It also deals with monitoring as well as optimization of the cutting process.<\/p>\n

He is the author of several publications<\/strong> on the machinability of structural materials and heat dissipation in the cutting process. He has presented his research results at Polish as well as international scientific conferences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He is co-author of the book titled: “Programming of CNC machine tools”, published by PWN publishing house in 2020.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
